Our Training Delivery Models
Strategium Academy is geared towards delivering competency based training that is affordable and accessible for participants to access when and where they need.
We offer two main tiers of online training – the Budget friendly package and the Facilitated Self-learning package. These packages offer different inclusions, commitments and price points.
A third category allows us to work with business leaders to design, develop and deliver a bespoke session to your team.
Budget
If you would like to take the time to work through the training package at your own pace with limited interruptions or support, or perhaps you’d just like a refresher, the Budget package may work for you.
The Budget Package gives you access to the training material that you can work through at your own pace, however there will be no instructor led or group activities, nor will you have access to the competency activities and templates.
Facilitated self-learning
The facilitated self learning courses are our premium off the shelf offering. This delivery format embraces a mix of both instructor led and online learning pathways, making the learning journey tailorable for your needs, but also leveraging the extensive experience of the Strategium Academy staff.
These courses include a range of material, including workbooks, activities, templates and mentoring session to consolidate your learning.
Bespoke group training
We are able to offer training to workplace teams with some tailoring of the core courses to meet the specific requirements of the organisation.
